For more than 70 years, Lowcountry families have trusted us to protect their homes. We’re not a national chain with a call center in another state. We’re your neighbors, and we treat your home like our own.
Coastal Termite & Pest Control opened its doors in 1953, and we’ve been protecting Lowcountry homes ever since. What started as a local, family-run operation is still exactly that today: family-owned, rooted in this community, and run by people who live and work right here.
A lot has changed around here in seven decades. Neighborhoods have grown, families have come and gone, and the pests have kept us plenty busy. Through all of it, one thing hasn’t changed: customers who have trusted us for years, and often passed that trust down to their kids.
We’ve never set out to be the biggest pest control company around. We’ve set out to be the one your family can count on. That’s why so much of our business still comes the old-fashioned way, from neighbors recommending us to neighbors.

Customized Plans, Not Cookie-Cutter Contracts
We build a plan around your home, your property, and what you’re actually dealing with. You’re never sold a one-size-fits-all package you don’t need.
A Real Local Person
Call us and you’ll talk to someone local who knows the area and your situation, not a script in a far-off call center.
On Time, Every Time
We show up when we say we will. Punctual, reliable service is something we take seriously, because your time matters.
Honest Assessments
If you don’t need a treatment, we’ll tell you. No scare tactics, no padded invoices, no upselling. Just the truth about your home.
