Free Inspections & Getting Started

A licensed technician walks your property, identifies any active pests and the conditions inviting them in, and checks the common problem areas. Then we explain what we found and give honest recommendations, with no pressure and no obligation.

Call us at (843) 572-5551 or fill out the form on any page of our site, and a real, local person will get you on the schedule.

We inspect, talk through what we found in plain language, and build a treatment plan around your home and budget. Then we get you scheduled to take care of it.

No. Inspections and estimates are free. You will get a clear price up front before any work begins, with no surprises.

Our Pest Control Services

We handle the common Lowcountry pests: roaches and palmetto bugs, ants, spiders, silverfish, and more, plus termites, mosquitoes, fleas and ticks, and rodents and nuisance wildlife. If you are not sure what you are dealing with, we will identify it for you.

Both. A one-time treatment handles the problem in front of you, and a recurring plan keeps pests out year-round with regular visits. Most homes do best on a recurring plan, since our climate keeps the pests coming.

General pest control covers everyday household pests like roaches, ants, and spiders. Termite control is a specialized service that protects your home’s structure, usually paired with an ongoing termite bond. Many homeowners use both.

Yes. We remove mice, rats, squirrels, raccoons, and opossums, then seal up the entry points so they cannot get back in. Removal alone is not enough, so we focus on keeping them out for good.

Termites & Termite Bonds

A termite bond is an ongoing protection agreement between you and us. Think of it as a warranty for your home against termites: we keep monitoring it, and if covered termites return, we come back and handle it. It is the difference between treating a problem once and staying protected for the long haul.

Most South Carolina home sales require an official termite inspection letter, called a CL-100, before closing. Give us a call and we will walk you through what you need and how we can help so your closing stays on track.

Watch for mud tubes on your foundation, discarded wings near windows, hollow-sounding wood, or a swarm in the spring. Termites work quietly, so if you are not sure, a free inspection is the safest way to know.

At least once a year. With a termite bond, regular inspections are built in, so your home stays protected without you having to remember.

Treatment & Safety

Yes. Our licensed technicians use products approved for residential use and apply them with your family and pets in mind. We are always glad to explain exactly what we are using and where.

In most cases, no. You can stay home and go about your day. If there is ever anything to do, like keeping pets off a freshly treated area for a little while, your technician will let you know.

We use professional, residential-approved products and apply only what is needed for your situation. We are always happy to walk you through what we are using and why before we treat.

We apply treatments carefully and target them where pests actually are. If you have a garden, pond, or beehives, just let us know and we will plan around them.

Scheduling & Appointments

For year-round results, most homes do best on a recurring schedule. We will recommend the right frequency for your home during your inspection.

For the initial inspection it helps to have you there so we can talk through what we find. For routine exterior visits, you usually do not need to be home. Your technician will confirm what is needed.

Not much is required. Clear easy access to areas like the kitchen, baseboards, and around the exterior, and put away pet bowls and food. Your technician will mention anything specific ahead of time.

We move quickly, especially for urgent problems. Call us at (843) 572-5551 and we will get you on the schedule as soon as possible. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
