TERMITE CONTROL & BONDS

Local Termite
Expertise
Termites behave differently in the Lowcountry than almost anywhere else, and we've been studying them here since 1953. We know where Formosan and subterranean termites hide, how they get in, and what it takes to stop them in homes built the way yours is.

Thorough, Targeted
Treatment
We build a treatment plan suited to your home and the way it's built, then create a protective barrier that stops the colony and shields your home going forward

Ongoing Bond
Protection
Treatment is only half the job. Staying protected is the other half. Our renewable termite bond keeps your home under watch year after year, with regular inspections and coverage if termites ever return. Here's how that works.
What your termite bond includes
Mud tubes:
Pencil-width dirt tunnels on foundation walls, piers, or crawlspace surfaces
Swarmers:
Winged termites (often mistaken for flying ants) appearing indoors, usually in spring
Discarded wings:
Small piles of shed wings near windowsills or light sources
Hollow or papery wood:
Trim, baseboards, or studs that sound hollow when tapped
Buckling paint or floors:
Bubbling paint, sagging floors, or tiny pinholes in drywall
Frass:
Small piles of what looks like sawdust or coffee grounds (drywood termite droppings)
